Airports that achieved the highest marks in all three categories (efficiency of travel, entertainment degree, and cleanliness) were eligible for advertising campaigns. They were then distributed to airports worldwide. This category, called “enjoyment” is defined by feedback from passengers about the quality of eating and shopping, the comfort in the gates, entertainment choices and atmosphere.
